Hi! I’m Jen.
After over a decade of working in marketing, I decided to follow my passion and qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
Growing up, I wasn’t ‘sporty’ and always associated exercise with trying to be thinner. After the births of my two daughters, I decided to change my mindset and focus on being strong, fit and healthy - future-proofing my body rather than punishing it.
I want to help others to discover the same love for strength training, offering a welcoming and non-judgemental space for women to feel confident and comfortable, focusing on progress, not perfection, and learning to appreciate our bodies for what they can do, not just how they look.
My qualifications.
Level 2 Gym Instructor
Level 3 Personal Trainer
T3 Coach
Circuit Instructor
Group Indoor Cycling Instructor

Why strength training?
As women, our bodies go through so many changes throughout our lives, yet we’ve grown up in a society that focuses so intently on how we look. I want to break down those preconceptions and help women to fall in love with exercise for the right reasons: improving your physical and mental health and increasing your quality of life.
One of the most important things that women can incorporate in their lives is strength training. As we age, our bone density and muscle mass decreases and as women, menopause significantly speeds bone loss, with research indicating that up to 20% of bone loss can happen during this stage of life and approximately 1 in 10 women over the age of 60 are affected by osteoporosis worldwide.
Lifting weights is so beneficial.
Future proof your body
By challenging your muscles, you'll increase your bone density, reduce the risk of osteoporosis and fractures and improve overall physical durability.
Expand your potential
Carrying groceries, playing with your kids, or simply staying independent as you age all become easier with increased muscle strength. Strength training makes daily life more manageable and enjoyable.
Build your confidence
Physical strength leads to mental strength. Strength training releases endorphins, reducing stress, anxiety and depression. It's a natural mood enhancer and stress reliever.
