Personalised Workouts: Our sessions are tailored specifically to you, addressing your unique goals, abilities and limitations. I'll create a workout plan that's all about you.

Expert Guidance: I will guide you through each session, ensuring proper form, technique and safety.

Accountability and Motivation: Achieving your goals is easier with a dedicated partner. I'll keep you on track, provide motivation and celebrate your successes every step of the way.

Nutritional Advice: I offer expert guidance on nutrition to help you fuel your body for success.

Flexible Scheduling: I work with your schedule to make training a convenient part of your life.

We’ll start with a consultation, which can be done over the phone or in person, to establish your goals, your exercise history, your lifestyle and likes/dislikes. 

To start, you can book yourself a one-off session, to ensure that I am the right trainer for you. If you enjoy this and wish to continue, you can purchase a package of either 4, 6 or 10 sessions.

1-to-2 Personal Training.

1-to-2 Personal Training is perfect if you have a friend, partner or family member with similar goals, who enjoys the same types of exercise, and is a cost effective way of accessing personal training.

It can be really motivating and fun to train with other women that you enjoy spending time with; a little friendly competition can really push you to reach your goals!

Online Coaching.

My online programming is delivered through a free app, alongside demo videos and descriptions of every exercise. You get a monthly check in call included, so we can discuss your progress, any issues and your upcoming month’s program and you have access to message me with any questions at any time. You can also send me videos so that I can check your form.

Workouts are tailored to suit the equipment you have available - you can complete your workouts at your gym, in your home, or wherever you are! Just let me know what you have available and/or your preferences.

If you enjoy high energy sessions and thrive off the energy of others, then my Strength & Conditioning sessions are perfect for you! They are also a great way to complement weekly 1-to-1 personal training sessions.

My classes combine strength training and athletic conditioning - with a blend of free-weights, bodyweight exercises and cardiovascular conditioning, you'll target every muscle group and increase your fitness levels. I offer personalised guidance to ensure proper form and technique and ensure each class is scaleable and suitable for all abilities.
